Wildish Dessert Recipe

Chocolate Pudding Ingredients:

Recipe Instructions:

  1. To begin, chill a ripe avocado for 1-2 hours.
  2. Add the avocado, collagen, cacao powder and coconut milk to a blender.
  3. Next, add the salt and sweetener of choice.
  4. Blend until the mousse reaches silky consistency. Try not to over blend because overheating can destroy the protein in the collagen powder.
  5. Finally, transfer to bowls and top with coconut flakes!
  6. This dessert can be stored in a refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Shopping Tip: At most health food stores, coconut flakes are much cheaper if you buy them in the baking aisle than in the snack aisle or bulk section. Toasted coconut flakes also make a great snack food and pantry staple.
